Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, the Appellant Ray Schill has appealed the August 12, 2013 decision of the Minister of Finance, Energy & Municipal Affairs to issue a permit for a non-commercial storage building on PID #696757, Morrison Lane, New London.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. 

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
