aggregate land holding in excess of five acres or having shore frontage
in excess of 165 feet pursuant to sections 4, 5 and 5.3 of the
Lands
Protection Act.

9(2) of the
Lands Protection Act, land owners may apply to amend,
suspend or cancel conditions of approval, including land identification
agreements imposed pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Act.
