Afternoon Mr. Rafuse,
We will be
calling the following witnesses for the upcoming Appeal Docket LA17012;
Mr. Ian
Harper, PEng who will speak to the technical aspect of the project and respond
to some of Appellant’s witness claims and testimony.
Mr. Cain
Arsenault, will speak to planning and design review claims and testimony from
the Appellant’s witnesses.
Mr. Jerry
LeBlanc, registered real estate broker who will also speak to the claims and
testimony from some of the Appellant’s witnesses.
These
witnesses will all be addressing outrageous and frivolous claims made by
Appellants.
We will
also be calling Kara Carr, Sharon Hayes, and Sheena Ramsay all of whom
registered objections to this project on countless grounds on the instructions
of their superior.
We look
forward to defending our right to build and provide affordable housing to those
in need.
