NOTICE
that the Seawood Water
Utility (the Utility) has filed an application with the Island
Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the Commission) for approval to
increase its annual water rates and charges, effective April 15, 2012.

THE UTILITY'S
REQUEST FOR RATE RELIEF
is related to recent improvements to the central water system in the
Seawood Estates Subdivision located in Stanley Bridge.

Comments from interested persons must be received no later than Friday,
November 2, 2012 in order to be
considered.
THE NECESSITY OF A PUBLIC
HEARING will be decided
by the Commission following its initial review of the filing and the
written comments received concerning this application. If a public hearing
is to be held, a Notice of Hearing will be published. Otherwise, the
Commission will finalize its review in the form of a written Order. Any
Orders issued in this matter will be posted on the Commission’s website at
www.irac.pe.ca.
