The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved the following
petroleum prices effective 12:01 a.m., Friday, April 24, 2020:
The price of gasoline will decrease by 1.0 cents per litre (cpl);
The price of furnace oil will decrease by 4.0 cpl;
The price of diesel will decrease by 4.0 cpl; and
Propane prices will increase by 2.0 cpl for Irving Energy
Distribution and Marketing, by 3.6 cpl for Kenmac Energy Inc.
and Noonan Petroleum, by 2.5 cpl for Superior Propane and by 2.8
cpl for Island Petroleum.
At self-serve outlets, regular unleaded gasoline will range from 73.0 to
74.2 cpl and diesel will range from 85.9 to 87.1 cpl.
The maximum price for furnace oil is 58.8 cpl.
Maximum prices for propane will range from 71.2 to 73.1 cpl.
