The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved the following
petroleum prices effective 12:01 a.m., Friday, April 10, 2020:
The price of gasoline will increase by 2.0 cents per litre (cpl);
The price of furnace oil will decrease by 1.0 cpl;
The price of diesel will decrease by 1.0 cpl; and
Propane prices will increase by 0.2 cpl for Irving Energy
Distribution and Marketing, Kenmac Energy Inc., and Noonan
Petroleum; by 1.1 cpl for Superior Propane; and by 0.5 cpl for
At self-serve outlets, regular unleaded gasoline will range from 74.2 to
75.3 cpl and diesel will range from 95.1 to 96.3 cpl.
The maximum price for furnace oil is 66.3 cpl.
Maximum prices for propane will range from 68.4 to 69.5 cpl.
