PETROLEUM PRICING

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, September 15, 2017

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved
the following petroleum pricing decisions, effective 12:01 a.m.,
Friday, September 15, 2017:

Gasoline prices will decrease by 7.7
cents per litre (cpl); and
-
There will be no change in the price
of Furnace Oil, Stove Oil or Diesel at this time.
Including adjustments for taxes, pump prices for regular
unleaded gasoline at self-serve outlets will now range from 111.8 cpl to
112.9 cpl. Pump prices for diesel will continue to range from 112.7 cpl
to 113.9 cpl.
The maximum price for furnace oil will continue to amount
to 76.3 cpl, plus tax.
Significant decreases in the wholesale price of gasoline
since the Commission’s last adjustment now afford the price decreases
announced today.
The Commission’s next scheduled price adjustment will be
on October 1, 2017.
