PETROLEUM PRICING

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, June 1, 2017

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved the following
petroleum pricing decisions, effective 12:01 a.m., Thursday, June 1,
2017:

Gasoline prices will increase by 2.5 cents per litre (cpl);

There will be no change in the price of Furnace Oil, Stove Oil or
Diesel; and
-
Propane prices will decrease by 1.6 cents per litre (cpl) for Kenmac
Energy, increase by 0.5 cpl for Irving Energy Distribution and
Marketing and there will be no change for Superior Propane.
Including adjustments for taxes, pump prices for regular unleaded
gasoline at self-serve outlets will now range from 109.7 cpl to 110.9
cpl. Maximum before tax propane prices will now range from 70.9 cpl to
71.4 cpl.
The maximum price for furnace oil will continue to be 75.4 cpl, plus
tax.
Increases in the wholesale price of gasoline over the past two weeks now
necessitate the price adjustments announced today.
The Commission's next scheduled price adjustment will be on June 15,
2017.
