Continued improved wholesale pricing relative to gasoline
now affords the price reduction announced today.

market has been characterized by significant price fluctuation as of
late. Accordingly, the situation will be monitored very closely. Such
fluctuation may necessitate interim price adjustments other than those
normally scheduled for the 1st and 15th of each
The Commission's next scheduled price adjustment will be
on September 15, 2015.
