This is an
administrative position in the Residential Rental Property Office which
provides high level information to both lessors and lessees on residential
rental matters and provides administrative support to the Office of the
the Director of Residential Rental Property the position involves:
lessors and lessees on their rights, obligations and available options under
the Residential Rental Property Act;
lessors and lessees of the information and documentation required to comply
with the Act;
• Review and
memos, letters and Notices of Hearing;
understanding and knowledge of the Act through
presentations to the public and interested groups;
database for the Office; and
related duties as required.
candidate must have successfully completed Grade 12 and a recognized office
studies program. Must be a self-starter and proven team player with good
computer skills, strong interpersonal and writing skills and a demonstrated
ability to plan and work independently.
The ability to
read and interpret legislation and regulations is essential to the position.

Level 13: Currently at $22.07 – $26.28 per hour, depending on
qualifications and experience.
