TAKE NOTICE that Jessie Frost-Wicks, William Wicks, Yvonne
Gallant, Elizabeth DeWolf, Desmond Duffy, Rikki Sulie, Todd Petrie,
Marcel Arsenault, Judith Bayliss, Eleanor Snow and Harold Snow
have filed an appeal with the
Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") of a
September 26, 2019 decision of the City of Charlottetown to approve and
adopt Bylaw PH-ZD.2-019, a Bylaw to amend the Zoning and Development
Bylaw, to rezone the property at 38 Palmers Lane (PID #275156) from Low
Density Residential (R-2) Zone to Medium Density (R-3) Zone.
(Commission Docket LA19015).
PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held at
the Commission's main hearing room, located on the 5th floor of the
National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward
Island, on Thursday, February 20, 2020, commencing at
9:00 a.m.
