L & A MacEachern Holdings Ltd. v. City of Charlottetown

supplementary public hearing.
Pursuant to section 28 of
L & A MacEachern Holdings Ltd. has
appealed a February 11, 2008 decision of the City of Charlottetown to reject
a request to rezone the property at 3-9 Harley Street, property numbers
274480 and 274720, from Manufactured Housing (MH) to Medium Density
Residential (R-3) zone. This property is commonly known as the Idle Wheels
The supplementary hearing will be heard
commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2009 in the Commission's

In the event that the Commission's
offices are closed due to winter storm conditions (Charlottetown Provincial
government offices closed), the storm date for this hearing will be Monday
February 2, 2009 commencing at 9:30 a.m.
