CHAPTER L-5

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND LANDS PROTECTION ACT

FORMS REGULATIONS
  Pursuant to clause 17(1)(c) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council made the following regulations:

Forms

1.    The following forms are prescribed:

    (a) Form 1 - application by or on behalf of a non-resident pursuant to section 4 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act;
    (b) Form 2 - application by or on behalf of a corporation pursuant to section 5 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act,
    (c) Form 3 - revoked by EC647-09;
    (d) Form 4A -revoked by EC647-09;
    (e) Form 4B - revoked by EC647-09;
    (f) Form 5A - revoked by EC647-09;
    (g) Form 5B - revoked by EC647-09;
    (h) Form 6A - land holding disclosure statement for a person pursuant to section 10 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act;
    (i) Form 6B - land holding disclosure statement for a corporation pursuant to section 10 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act - short form; (EC742/96)
    (j) Form 6C - land holding disclosure statement for a person pursuant to section 10 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act;
    (k) Form 6D - land holding disclosure statement for a corporation pursuant to section 10 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act;
    (l) Form 7A - self-calculating land holding disclosure statement for a person;
    (m) Form 7B - self-calculating land holding disclosure statement for a corporation;
   

(n) Form 8 - application on behalf of a non-resident or corporation pursuant to clause 5.3(1)(b) of the Prince Edward Lands Protection Act. (EC219/96; 742/96; 543/98; 647/09)
