CAVENDISH SEWER UTILITY
APPLICATION TO INCREASE SANITARY TAKE
NOTICE
that the Commission
has received an
application from the Cavendish Sewer Utility for approval to change its
current structure of rates and charges, effective January 1, 2009.
THE UTILITY'S APPLICATION
proposes to:
1. introduce
separate sewer rates for customers located in the Seawood Estates
subdivision; and
2. increase
annual sewer rates overall.
The Utility's suggested
changes to its annual sewer charges are summarized below:

FOLLOWING PUBLICATION OF
THIS NOTICE,
the Commission will commence its review and analysis of the Utility's
suggested rate changes.
THE NECESSITY OF A PUBLIC
HEARING
will be decided by the Commission following its initial review of the filing
and the written comments received concerning this application. If a
public hearing is to be held, a Notice of Hearing will be published.
Otherwise, the Commission will finalize its review and issue an Order in
writing. Any Orders issued in this matter will be published on the
website at www.irac.pe.ca.
