Anyone dissatisfied with an Order received from the Rental Office may appeal to the Commission. To file your appeal, please complete a Notice of Appeal Form and email it to: appealinquiries@irac.pe.ca Please remember to attach a copy of the Order from the Director of Residential Tenancy that you wish to appeal. Copies of the Notice of Appeal must also be provided to every party involved in the Director’s Order.

The above Notice of Appeal can either be completed online using the fillable Notice of Appeal Form and emailed to: appealinquiries@irac.pe.ca or it can be printed and completed offline using the non-fillable Notice of Appeal form. As specified in the Residential Tenancy Act, the completed form must be duly signed and delivered to the Commission within the timeline provided by section 89(4) or 89(5) of the Act and copies of the notice must be served on all parties.
