Decision and Order
PURSUANT
to the Commissions Order No. P.990521-5 relating
to the application by Ms. Sophie Turcot, Pricing Advisor Eastern Region for
Petro-Canada for non-crude related increases of 0.3 cents per litre in the prices of all
products charged its dealers, it was noted that an error was made in the above-cited Order
authorizing the increased prices requested in Petro-Canadas application in that no
increase was ordered in relation to the price of low sulphur diesel to its dealers.
AND WHEREAS this error was referred to a meeting of the
Commission this date, and it was decided to issue this further Order in relation to the
above-noted application to authorize the requested increase in the price of low sulphur
diesel to dealers in relation to the Companys request to recover costs related to
the management of the Petro-Points loyalty program, effective 12:01 a.m. on 26 May 1999,
in accordance with the attached Order.
THE COMMISSION HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck prices are to be charged
dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Petro-Canada, effective 12:01 a.m. on
Wednesday, 26 May 1999:

3. THAT the prices quoted in this Order, with adjustments
resulting from tax changes only, shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the
Commission.
