IN THE MATTER of an application filed under Section 32 of the
Petroleum
Products Act, supra, by CO-OP ATLANTIC for a decrease of 0.2 cent per litre in
the prices of all grades of gasoline contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedule,
due to market conditions.

Decision and Order
WHEREAS on 2 March 1999, Mr. Gerry Power, Manager of the
Petroleum Department for Co-Op Atlantic, filed with the Commission a request for approval
to reduce the prices of all grades of gasoline contained in Co-Ops dealer schedule
by 0.2 cent per litre, based on market conditions;
AND WHEREAS the Commission gave consideration to this
application on the basis of the local prices currently in effect, and approved the
application with the reduced prices to become effective at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, 4 March
1999, in accordance with the attached Order;
THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck prices are to be charged
dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Co-Op Atlantic effective 12:01 a.m. on
Thursday, 4 March 1999:

2. THAT the above prices, with seven per
cent G.S.T. added, shall be indicated on all documents accompanying deliveries of these
products to said dealers.
3. THAT the prices quoted in this Order, with adjustments
resulting from tax changes only, shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the
Commission.
