Products Act, supra, by SHELL CANADA PRODUCTS LIMITED for decreases of
0.4 cent per litre in the prices of all grades of gasoline and low sulphur diesel
contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedule based on market conditions.

Decision and Order
On 9 September 1998, an application dated 8 September 1998 was filed
with the Commission by Norman Bryenton, Territory Manager for Shell Canada Products
Limited ("Shell"). This application requested approval to decrease the prices of
all grades of gasoline and low sulphur diesel contained in Shell's dealer tank truck
pricing schedule by 0.4 cent per litre, based on local market conditions.
The Commission, after consideration of this application and current
prices in the marketplace, approved the application to decrease all prices contained in
Shell's dealer tank truck pricing schedule, effective 12:01 a.m. on Friday, 11 September
1998, in accordance with the Order which follows.
THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck prices are to be charged
dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Shell Canada Products Limited effective 12:01
a.m. on Friday, 11 September 1998:

2. THAT the above prices, with seven per
cent G.S.T. added, shall be indicated on all documents accompanying deliveries of these
products to said dealers.
3. THAT the prices quoted in this Order, with adjustments
resulting from tax changes only, shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the
Commission.
