IN THE MATTER of an application filed under Section 32 of the Petroleum Products Act, supra, by IMPERIAL OIL LIMITED for decreases of 0.2 cent per litre in the prices of all grades of gasoline and low sulphur diesel contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedule based on market conditions.

Decision and Order
On 10 August 1998, an application of the same date was filed with the Commission by Kevin M. Koch, Price Analyst, Imperial Oil Limited ("Imperial"). This application requested approval to decrease the prices of all grades of gasoline and low sulphur diesel contained in Imperial's dealer tank truck pricing schedule by 0.2 cent per litre, based on local market conditions.
The Commission, after consideration of this application and current prices in the marketplace, approved the application to decrease all prices contained in Imperial’s dealer tank truck pricing schedule, effective 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, 12 August 1998, in accordance with the Order which follows.
THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck prices are to be charged dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Imperial Oil Limited effective 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, 12 August 1998:

3. THAT the prices quoted in this Order, with adjustments resulting from tax changes only, shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
